Part of Old Pueblo Community services, Casa Santa Clara offers assistance to male ex-offenders transitioning from incarceration back into the community.


    Program Services include:

    Therapeutic Process Group each week
    Recovery Workshop each week
    Individual Counseling Sessions and Treatment Plan
    Peer support groups delivered by Peer Recovery Support Specialists and
    Social events for current clients and alumni

    Well-furnished housing units with all the comforts of home
    Properties located near city bus lines
    Individualized case management
    Staff on site 24 hours for support and guidance
    Substance abuse counseling and recovery support
    Employability skills training
    Employment placement
    Family reunification, and
    Assistance with obtaining public benefits


Mission Statement: Our mission is to support those persons in our community who are currently struggling with addiction, homelessness, and mental health concerns, by providing dignified supportive housing options, behavioral health counseling, employment coaching and peer support. We serve those often forgotten and under-served in our community, including homeless veteran's, persons returning from incarceration, and those experiencing long term chronic homelessness.
