They have a sensitivity to the unique needs that returning citizens have in finding and retaining quality employment.































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































Participants receive individualized assessments and treatment plans that address essential needs first, including housing, treatment, mental health care, medical care, and access to health insurance and other public benefits.
