Programs and services currently offered at the Southeast Texas Transitional Center include life skills, individualized case management, structured supervised living environment, cognitive behavior groups, balanced nutritional meals with special medical and/or religious diets available,HIV/AIDS and STD prevention and awareness, non-denominational religious activities, employment assistance, recreational/physical fitness resources, referrals for mental health and/or medical services, and transportation assistance.

Ms. Stewart in reception and monitoring was most helpful answering my questions. She is the first to show compassion and give advice in order to help my brother get out and on with his life.
