Strive2Thrive is a community initiative formerly led by the Albany Area Chamber of Commerce that focuses on moving individuals and families out of poverty.































































































































































































































































Beyond reducing poverty through programs,training and employment we believe that real success requires relationships across class boundaries. Strive2Thrive brings these relationships, resources, and community support together to help motivated individuals begin their journey out of poverty.































































































































































































































































Provides a reentry program.































































































































































































































































Ex-offenders transitioning out of prisons are carefully evaluated to determine their individual needs.































































































































































































































































The program works with coming up with a plan for them to acclimate back in to the community.
