TTHI Counseling Center in St. Cloud offers a diverse range of services including psychiatric evaluations, Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) using Vivitrol or Suboxone in combination with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), behavioral health services, substance use and substance dependence evaluations, and psychological testing.

Mission Statement: To operationalize our vision, The Transition House, Inc. will create a consumer driven seamless system and clinical infrastructure to support substance abuse, HIV/AIDS, and mental health services for Central Florida’s most disenfranchised residents.
